OPM comes from a long history of professionalism; it has now five centres of expertise, each specialized in its particular field:

- OPM Moulding (chocolate storage, distribution and moulding)
- FIMA Wrapping (primary multi style foiling and wrapping machines)
- OPM Flow-wrapping (flow-pack wrappers, feeders and aligners)
- OPM Packaging (secondary packaging, including robotic cartooning and case packing)
- OPM Pallettizing (automatic palletising systems)

These divisions cooperate together in order to supply "turn-key projects", offering the opportunity to combine their different technologies.
