Moulding
Moulding is the process during which liquid chocolate, previously stored in tanks, is shaped in various forms and sizes, alone or with other ingredients.
This happens thanks to our complete moulding lines, which are modular and expandable.
They can include: - storage and distribution for chocolate and fillings; - loose-mould plants; - continuous-motion moulding plants; - demoulding onto a conveyor, on plaques or by robotic pick & place; - several accessories.
